R&D LatAm: Second Phase
Our first LatAm Hackathon is a joint effort between R&D and IT to identify the activities that consume most of the time when launching a new innovation product. The main objective of this program is to identify and propose solutions that help us to isolate those processes and transform them using technology to reduce our current lead time when launching new products.
